You retain full ownership of any content you upload to Viral Sense. By using our service, you grant us permission to analyze your content using our AI algorithms to provide you with insights and recommendations.

We do not store your video content permanently. Content is processed and deleted from our servers within 24 hours of analysis completion.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload does not violate copyright laws, contains appropriate permissions, and complies with relevant platform guidelines.

AI Analysis Disclaimer

Viral Sense provides AI-generated predictions and recommendations based on analysis of content patterns and engagement data. These insights are provided for informational purposes only and do not guarantee specific results or performance.

Content performance depends on many factors beyond our analysis, including timing, audience, platform algorithms, and market trends. Use our recommendations as guidance while applying your own creative judgment.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Maintenance windows and technical issues may occasionally affect service access.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice to users.

Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in activities that harm our service or other users.
